Terrain NRM is the regional natural resource management body for the Wet Tropics. It is a not-for-profit organisation which undertakes activities and facilitates partnerships to secure the health of our water, biodiversity, soil, river, climate, traditional owner and community assets.

The Director Local Government will need to be a current or past Councillor or senior executive of a Wet Tropics local government and have a comprehensive understanding of NRM issues relevant to the role of Local Government.

The Director Conservation will need to be a member of or have significance experience in one of the Wet Tropics community based conservation organisations and demonstrate a broad knowledge of wider conservation issues across the region.
