We would value your input. Please use this link to get to our survey Regional NRM Programs Client Survey on the Surveymonkey website. It will take five to 10 minutes to complete.  If you have any difficulties with accessing or completing the survey, please email Carl Glen at carl.glen@derm.qld.gov.au or call him on 07 3239 3884.

The information collected in this survey will be used by the Queensland Government and its regional NRM program partners in accordance with the Queensland Information Privacy Act 2009.

Communication and education programs, especially those aimed at changing behaviour, need to be based on a good understanding of stakeholder characteristics as well as their communication needs. This client research project aims to build on past Regional NRM Programs’ social and marketing research, provide information about different stakeholders and benchmark current levels of knowledge, attitudes and behaviour to priority environmental and natural resources issues.

At this year's Landcare Conference in October, the new name for Queensland ’s $17.2 million regional NRM program will be announced and this survey will assist in shaping communication and educational products to support this program.

The Queensland Regional NRM Communicators participated in a workshop earlier this year to discuss the range of social research that could be carried out to support implementation and evaluation of the state wide regional arrangements communication strategies, including the Queensland Regional NRM Communication Strategy 2008 -2012.  Key recommendations from this workshop included undertaking market research such as this survey.
