The website of Designer Carrots, the national Market Based Instruments Capacity Building Program, contains a lot of useful resources describing the different types of market-based isntruments (MBIs) and their uses, details of MBIs being used around the country, a library of documents on MBIs, and other downloadable products. It also has a members' area, which requires users to register (an easy process).
